Business problem

Client onboarding becomes messy when intake details, folder creation, CRM setup, and team notifications happen manually in separate tools.

What I built

The workflow captures client data, creates organized Drive folders, creates a Notion record, alerts the team in Slack, and creates GoHighLevel contact and opportunity records.

How I built the workflow

01

Collect onboarding data

Tally gathers the required client information.

02

Organize assets

Google Drive folders are created with a repeatable structure.

03

Create records

Notion and GoHighLevel are updated with client details.

04

Alert team

Slack receives the onboarding summary and next steps.
