Business problem

A CRM process managed through Asana needs timely, status-aware communication. Without automation, no-response, quoted, and approved leads can miss the correct follow-up or receive it at the wrong time.

What I built

The Zap watches updated Asana tasks, uses Zapier Paths to evaluate the lead state, routes no-response and quoted records through separate branches, applies a delay where needed, and sends the matching Gmail follow-up.

How I built the workflow

01

Monitor task updates

An updated Asana task triggers the workflow.

02

Evaluate lead state

Zapier Paths separates records according to the current engagement status.

03

Apply timing

The relevant branch can pause before the next follow-up action.

04

Send communication

Gmail sends the message associated with the matched lead path.
